When you think about your thoughts you gain the power to change them. My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts while learning how to rewire the patterns that no longer serve you.

What could you do if you had the audacity of a mediocre man?

We all know somebody whose audacity and entitlement despite lack of skills and knowledge make you question yourself. You have the knowledge, the experience, and the skills while working hard for your achievements and yet know you are overlooked. What if the voice in your head that tells you that you are not good/smart/skilled/insert other untrue trait here enough despite having that exact qualification became so quiet it disappeared?

When you think about your thoughts you gain the power to change them. My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts while learning how to rewire the patterns that no longer serve you.

Metacognitive Coaching is for those who are looking to learn, practice, and gain the ability to think about your thoughts and decide what changes you want to make. I utilize a combination of clinical, evidence-based strategies such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strengths Perspective to help clients strengthen their confidence and self-love while working to rewire negative self-talk. Together we will work at your pace, without judgement and with clear communication to make the pattern changes that lead to your growth.

I believe that growth happens when you prioritize curiosity over ego, allowing room for exploration and understanding. Utilizing a combination of my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, acute and outpatient clinical experience, and lessons learned overcoming adversities. I will help you understand the roots of your thought patterns.

Some of these patterns' roots are the foundation of who you are and help you to navigate your desires, some protected you until they began to cause more harm than help, and some have nothing to do with you but stuck around. Everyone has some variation of these roots, but not everyone recognizes there are tools to take back control. Thinking about your thoughts allows you to see which thoughts are serving you and which are limiting your growth, together we can make that distinction.

Together, we'll challenge the stories that no longer serve you.
